We were lucky enough to enjoy Barolo Grill during Denver Restaurant Week. We were impressed by the service. Not only was the staff friendly, professional, and helpful but their wine knowledge was amazing. Some highlights of our 5280 Restaurant Week meal: olive oil infused bread, Prosciutto con Gnoccho Fritto (thin sliced prosciutto served with savory Italian doughnuts), Risotto con Pesto di Basilico (Acquerello carnaroli rice slow-simmered with basil pesto and sun dried tomatoes), Brasato al Barolo (Barolo braised beef short ribs, creamy polenta, braising greens, and pickled onions), and the best dessert we had during Denver Restaurant Week—Panna cotta served with amarena cherries and crispy phyllo confetti. Delicious!
