Labor Day Activities in Colorado

It is Labor Day weekend in Colorado and there is a lot to do!  I have compiled a list of 10 activities around our beautiful state that are sure to please.  Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by love living in Colorado.

1.  Take a drive to the top of Mt. Evans.  I read that after Labor Day the road to the top of Mt. Evans is usually closed to vehicles because of snow.  I have featured this drive on my blog–https://lovelivingincolorado.wordpress.com/2012/07/16/mt-evans-scenic-drive-in-colorado/

This drive is awesome.  Pack a lunch and drive to the top of Heaven!  The temperature will be cold so bring a jacket.  The views are amazing.

  1. The Colorado Baloon Classic was fantastic. I went to the morning launch and the evening balloon glow today. You can get up right next to the balloons and feel the heat from the flame
